WHAT IS EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY?

Event photography is a covers anything where people are gathering together for a specific purpose where photographs can be taken and printed immediately and delivered there and then on site.

 

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO WE COVER?

Essentially, we can cover almost any event.  The following list is not exhaustive but is indicative of what we are able to cover:

Balls, Wedding Receptions, Dinner Dances, Proms, Presentations, Prize Giving, Reunions, Charity Fund Raisers, Sports and Team Get-Togethers, Pet Shows, Equestrian Events – Dressage, Show Jumping , Cross Country, Pony Club, Military – Parades, Mess Balls, Passing Out, University - Graduations, Society Functions, Competitions – Golf, Football, Rugby, Parties – Birthday, Stag & Hen, Anniversary and many, many more!

 

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

For most events, there is NO CHARGE to the organiser or venue for attending the event.

We do take paid commissions especially for corporate events where the organiser wants their guests to receive 'free' pictures.

We also offer a special party service that is extremely popular with birthday, Christmas, anniversary and other parties, as well as wedding receptions.  Here, we offer a service where we will spend two hours at the venue with our portable mini-studio and instant printing equipment photographing the guests and providing unlimited free 6"x4" high quality prints for the guests to take away.  The hosts of the event then receive a CD or DVD containing all of the photographs we have taken.  This service is very popular particularly at wedding receptions where we arrive after the main photographer has left and the guests can have their own souvenir photographs of the day taken and printed instantly, saving the bride and groom the expense of providing poor quality 'throw away' cameras on the tables!
